This cocoa blend is mainly grown in the Northern part of the Dominican Republic, in the Cibao valley, and is one of the most northern cocoa areas in the world. Exotic and fruity, Saint Domingue has a round, bitter cocoa flavour with an exceptionally long-lasting finish elevated by spices, wine and olive notes.
